Dr. Carrie Baylard, ED.D., LPC, DCC, TM-CBMH, NCASDCS

Dr. Carrie Baylard is the Director of Behavioral Health Services for Research To Practice, Inc. Dr. Baylard has over 25+ years of providing leadership in Missouri public schools that ranges from principal to superintendent while improving the success of students. Dr. Baylard also developed and administered an Alternative High School for at-risk students in grades 6-12.  As an advocate, leader, and counselor, the mental health of children and families is her passion. While working as a school counselor/administrator, she counseled children and adolescents diagnosed with learning disabilities and emotional disturbance and medical diagnosis of depression, Bi-Polar, ADHD, eating disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Dr. Baylard is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Distance Certified Counselor, Telemental Health Certified Behavior Counselor, Nationally Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Certified Specialist, and DESE Certified K12 School Counselor, Psych.Examiner, LD/BD Teacher, Director of Special Education Administration, Elementary Principal and Superintendent K12.
