please welcome miriah stricker as our behavior intervention specialist!
Hello! My name is Miriah Stricker, I go by she/her and they/them pronouns. I grew up in Northwest Missouri graduating from Craig R-3 in 1999. Directly after graduation I attended Warren Wilson College in Western North Carolina where I received my B.A. in History and Political Science. After college I joined Americorps as a trailcrew leader for at risk youth in Alaska. It was there that I found my passion and gift for working to help others develop and achieve personal goals and have now spent the last 20 years working in the mental and behavioral health fields in a variety of capacities. I have extensive experience and training in providing trauma informed care and creating safe, nurturing environments that allow vulnerable and disenfranchised populations to realize their full potential and work towards achieving set goals. I am excited to bring my experience and expertise back to Northwest Missouri and can't wait to get to meet and work with y'all.
