School Psychology Services in the Cooperative
It’s a unique position to provide school psychology services to 22 school districts. Because the co-op is so large services have had to be streamlined. For example, the School Psychologist does not see individual students for counseling or therapy, although in smaller districts this would be a provided service.
Co-op services have included, but are not limited to:
o Functional Behavior Assessment
o Threat Assessment
o Data collection on behavior
o Written observations with suggestions based on file review, interview and observation
o Special Education collaboration on eligibility and re-evaluation assessments
o Collaboration with social workers and district staff
o District trainings on interpretation of IQ assessments, mental health and behavioral assessment
